Please follow our simple step by step guide to make sure you have everything prepared for your pets stay
1 Book in good time
2 Open 9.00am – 7.00pm
3 Vaccination Certificate
4 Payment (cash or card only please)
5 Dietary instructions (food if necessary)
6 Medication (clearly labelled – pets name, surname and dosage)
7 Details of any known health problems
8 Contact details
9 Bedding, lead, toys, treats etc
10 If travel sick try not to feed within 4 hours of delivery
11 Change of address etc – please let us know of any changes to allow us to keep our customer records up to date
12 Please keep dogs on leads and cats in travelboxes
