Scammonden Kennels and Cattery is a family-run business with over 40 years experience in providing high standards of dog and cat care. We are situated on the edge of the Pennines in between Huddersfield & Halifax Just 3 miles from J23 of the M62.

The proprietors James and Valerie Tuton originally established the business to pursue their interests in dogs and horticulture. The site now accommodates 3 generations of family with their daughter Claire and her partner Wayne managing the business on a day to day basis. This ensures we comply with licensing regulations to staff the Kennels and Cattery 24 hours a day.

We are pleased to welcome our customers back time and again, a credit which is due in a large part to our dedicated staff and manager Wayne. Their collective expertise is always freely available to our clients who can feel confident their pets are in expert hands.
